THROW UP CIRLCES

Lately getting caught up in graffiti, I feel that there are just some addictive natures that one cannot explain unless someone actually does it. I feel like its more addictive than some drugs, because you feel some type of high of accomplishment with adrenaline and best of all no consequences.

There is a tiny gorilla in the penguin's left armpit, a tiny elephant in the gorilla by its right foot, and a penguin in the elephant's right eye. The gorilla was my favorite because there is so much detail. The elephant has the best color. The penguin has the best background.


"elePAINT" The reason why I chose an elephant was because of its innocents. Walking around I think the best "camouflage" is how innocent and confused we look when in actuality we're bombing the block. Sorry ITS SOLD
"primal INKstinct" - A gorilla was the perfect example of what you feel when you go bombing. Inside you feel like you just want to bomb everything and anything, but you don't care who is around you. Nothing can stop it. SORRY ITS SOLD
"PENguin" Graffiti can turn your heart ice cold. I have rules on what to write on, but some people write over small businesses, peoples cars, and windows. At some point you just don't care and write on whatever you want. SORRY ITS SOLD

On the GRIND and now FRAMED

Argyle Geisha- This one actually made it on the Barrel Man WEBSITE and not the gallery. It has some street cred "Honorable Mention." The meaning behind this one was that when the Geisha is near run like the WIND. I based this painting off of PROVERBS 5:8 "Keep to a path far from her, do not go near the door of her house". Checker Panda - This was the last one I did, and it was my personal favorite for color and dimensions. The meaning behind this was that when the storm comes stand strong. Luke 8:25 He got up and rebuked the wind and the raging waters; the storm subsided, and all was calm. "Where is your faith?" he asked his disciples. In fear and amazement they asked one another, "Who is this? He commands even the winds and the water, and they obey him." - For SALE $125

This piece made it in Red Shoes Review pg 50. =). so I thought I sold this during the school year and it was a hassle just trying to talk to the buyer but I guess she doesn't want it anymore. This piece is still up for grabs for those who are willing to buy.
"Upstream Leftovers" - the reason why I gave it that title is because "Leftovers" came from the fact that all the paint and the wood I used were all leftovers that my dad did not want and paint cans that barely had any paint in it. "Upstream" meant that it was a success, plus its a koi fish and when a koy is painted upwards its a sign of good luck. I had this idea in my head since summer but never had the time to finish it. When I finally did it I felt that I completed what I wanted and it was only upstream from here on out.
